About the Role
The Growth Marketing Partner acts as a direct growth enabler, connecting marketing execution to measurable sales outcomes. They ensure Tecknuovo stays front-of-mind across long consultancy buying cycles, convert visibility into pipeline, and equip sales teams with the content, data, and campaign intelligence needed to close deals faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth by designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that
generate qualified leads and support revenue targets. - Partner with Sales to build and run account-based marketing (ABM) programmes that engage target accounts and accelerate deal cycles.
- Build and optimise the marketing engine, managing automation workflows, nurture
streams, and lead scoring in HubSpot to ensure seamless handover from marketing to
sales. - Run paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and social channels to
maintain Tecknuovo’s visibility with enterprise and public sector audiences. - Create sales enablement assets such as case studies, proof points, and thought-
leadership content that strengthen positioning in bids and client conversations. - Measure and report performance, using data and attribution modelling to track
marketing contribution to pipeline and continuously improve ROI. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Talent, and Commercial teams to align
messaging, events, and campaigns with company growth priorities. - Champion marketing process and scalability, ensuring tools, reporting, and campaign frameworks are consistent and ready to support rapid business expansion.
Who You Are and How You’ll Make an Impact
You’re a commercially minded, data-driven marketer with B2B experience, ideally in tech, consulting, or professional services. You connect marketing execution to measurable growth, combining hands-on delivery with strategic thinking.
You bring proven experience in paid media, automation, and ABM, and thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and progress must coexist. Collaborative and pragmatic, you work confidently across Sales and Delivery to translate insights and success stories into campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline.
Success means generating qualified opportunities, improving conversion rates, and
demonstrating clear marketing ROI. You’ll help build the systems, content, and campaigns that position Tecknuovo front-of-mind with enterprise and public sector audiences, showing up with the right message, at the right time, to enable growth.
A Day in the Life
Reporting to our Marketing Director, you’ll work closely to design and deliver campaigns, while partnering daily with Sales Leads and Client Partners to align marketing initiatives with live opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with Delivery teams to capture success stories, proof points, and thought leadership content.
- A typical day might include:
- Reviewing campaign performance in HubSpot and making data-driven adjustments.
- Catching up with Sales to align on ABM priorities or upcoming pitches.
- Writing a brief for a new paid campaign or event.
- Meeting with Delivery to turn a client success into a case study.
- Reporting weekly metrics to track marketing contribution to pipeline.
- Testing new channels or content formats to keep Tecknuovo visible and relevant.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll move between builder and optimiser modes, combining creative experimentation with operational discipline to keep growth on track.
