I’m Ricky, Lead Talent Manager at Tecknuovo, where I focus on building strong relationships with both our consultants and our internal teams. My background is in talent and people management, and I’m passionate about creating smooth, positive experiences for anyone who works with us.

What I enjoy most about Tecknuovo is the collaborative energy — everyone genuinely cares about doing great work and supporting each other, which makes it a great place to grow and make an impact.

Outside of work, you can usually find me in the gym or talking football. I’m always up for a chat about Manchester United (for better or worse!),
