Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, one of our Delivery Managers at Tecknuovo. I work across a few of our public sector accounts, namely MOD and MOJ to make sure that we have happy teams of associates that are delivering value to our customers. I also closely with our other DM's and Head of Delivery, Kiera, to build and maintain our TN Delivery Practice as a Centre of Excellence. 

Before my time at TN, I worked in more traditional consultancy. Although I enjoyed the project work across public sector customers such as Home Office, NCA and Law Enforcement, I became frustrated with the level of process. Since joining TN I feel I have found my place to be given the freedom to put customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do, operating at pace, and with genuinely lovely & admirable team members.

Naturally, I'm a very curios and enthusiastic person, if you ever need a "woo" I'm your girl so I'm at my most motivated when I'm being challenged, and know that I'm making a tangible difference. I'm a big communicator, and like to be surrounded by good chat and support in my entire life, so please don't hold back from introducing yourself!
