Delivery Coordinator – Delivery

As a delivery co-ordinator, I work closely with delivery teams to keep project information accurate and up to date across our systems, staying alert to emerging risks and issues.

I contribute to requirements gathering, client documentation, statements of work, and monthly commercial reporting, helping ensure our engagements are well supported from both a delivery and commercial perspective.

I also help prepare and run governance calls, gathering input from different teams and ensuring everything aligns with agreed standards and client needs. Across all of this, I collaborate with colleagues in Delivery, Engagement, and other hubs, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping customer outcomes front of mind, helping translate what's happening on the ground into insight the wider team and client can act on.
