As the Portfolio Manager at Tecknuovo, I am responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our projects and ensuring that the value we provide is both measurable and meaningful. I work closely with our Delivery Coordinators and on-the-ground teams to maintain seamless execution across all engagements, ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest possible standard.

In addition to delivery oversight, I play a key role in strengthening customer resilience across our portfolio. This includes supporting our Delivery Coordinator team through structured upskilling, mentorship, and the creation of clear career progression pathways. By investing in the development of our people, I help to ensure consistent excellence in delivery and long‑term success for both our teams and our customers.
