Harry Butler

I'm Harry, Senior Talent Manager here at Tecknuovo. My team and I are responsible for the day-to-day hiring of consultants, directly contributing to the growth and success of our customer projects.

Through my years at school, my parents evenings always followed the same structure - "Good kid, but talks too much". Now I've found myself in a role, where I can talk a lot, but with a purpose. My inherent passion lies in building and nurturing relationships with people, and that is exactly why I enjoy my role so much. Every phone call is an opportunity to get to know someone; what are their interests, what gets them out of bed in the morning, where have they just been on holiday.

My journey at Tecknuovo is a living example of the opportunities that Tecknuovo can provide. After only a year in the business, I was awarded with a promotion straight to Senior Talent Manager, proving that the business rewards hard work, ability, and a desire to grow. Now in my role as a line manager, these are the values I look to promote and nurture across the team, to support their growth and experience at Tecknuovo.

Outside of work you can find me out and about with friends, at the gym, or at West Ham games (for my sins). I love a holiday as much as the next person, and have recently been to Cancun, Bali, Ibiza and Seville.
